Zhongshan Mingjie Stamping Die has successfully delivered a rotary-type stator and rotor progressive die designed for large circulation fan motors (commonly known as “big rotary fans”).
This project required a custom solution to accommodate wide-diameter laminations (Φ380mm) with complex self-locking and skew slot configurations. The die features a multi-row progressive structure, optimized to ensure high-speed stamping performance while maintaining tight tolerance control (±0.002mm).
Thanks to the precision of our CNC milling, PG grinding, and slow wire EDM technology, the customer reported a 25% increase in lamination stacking consistency, reduced material waste, and improved motor efficiency in actual fan performance tests.
